The Product Marketing team of the Business Solutions Group bridges the technical and business worlds, working closely with Pre-sales engineers, Account managers & the Executive team to design solutions, promote services, develop strategies, inform customers and grow the business. The product ranges that the Business Solutions Group oversees are Office & SOHO printers, paper shredders & software solutions.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for leading the marketing communications initiatives in continually enhancing a particular brand image & developing solutions for product promotion and sales, and implementing strategies to support the growth of Intersys’ products in the Greek market. This includes communicating with foreign production offices, launching new products, designing sales strategies, content creation and working closely with our sales and pre-sales team to define the right structure to support our products. Also, you will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating orders to our overseas partners.

  • Understand customer needs and gather product requirements, information and benefits for cross- and up-selling
  • Launch new products and organize events 
  • Design marketing and sales strategy proposals and manage their execution
  • Be the driving force behind generating new B2B sales leads and contacts
  • Engage closely with sales team to help in product communication to customers, training and awareness
  • Support sales team in key customer relationships with client visits and rapport
  • Monitor and report quantitative and qualitative KPIs on a monthly basis
  • Create digital & printed content for social media, website, brochures, etc
  • Manage marketing campaigns and press releases
  • Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy
  • Perform ad hoc tasks to address department\'s challenges


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate Degree (AEI or TEI)
  • 5 years of work experience (preferred in product management role or relevant)
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Leadership skills 
  • Critical and innovative/ creative thinking
  • Skillful use of technology (Microsoft Office required – candidates with additional skills will be prioritized)
  • Digital Marketing Understanding (social media management, sponsored content on Linkedin, Google Ads)
  • Advanced analytical skills
